Spumante red dried grapes - Fioravante - Tiai - 6 x 75 cl

This sparkling wine is red rubine colored. The intense perfume is a mix of plum and redberry, with light tannine notes. The taste is strongly structured, with a sweet final note.

It is produced with local grapes, grown among the surrounding woodland. The grapes are naturally dried, in wooden barrels for a duration of three years, later 6 months in steel containers and later a long fermentation time.

It is adviced to drink this wine with desserts. Alternative dishes may be fat roast meat and sausages or game meat.

Alcohol is 14,5%.
