Spumante Brut – Tiai Sei40 - 6 x 75 cl

This sparkling wine is light grain colored, with greenish reflexes. Its persistent perfume is a mix of daisy and iris flowers, mint and wild berries. The “perlage” is fine and long lasting. The taste is slightly natural sour (typical of Negretta grape), which leaves the palate clean.

It is produced with local grapes, Negretta, Durella, Tiai. grown among the surrounding woodland.

It is adviced to drink this wine as aperitif and during meals, served at temperature between 8 and 10 Celsius degrees.

Alcohol is 11,5%.
