Rosè wine - Pian delle Rose 2022 - 6 x 75 cl.

A still rosè wine, made with Aglianico grapes, grown on the Calabria region hills, which are oriented towards Ionio sea. The vineyard is in proximity of an ancient castle and produces high quality wine, in limited quantity.

Its refined and elegant taste is savory and aromatic, characterised with notes of wild berries and cherries.

Prior to long fermentation time in controlled temperature conditions, grapes are shortly processed in order to achieve the rosy colour.

It is adviced to drink this wine combined with meals of fish and white meat.

Alcohol is 12,5%.
