The least amount of sugar contained in this wine makes it less sweet but more decided on the palate . Notes sour grapes pervade every sip , and make it the perfect match for a welcome drink , or to accompany rich pasta dishes or traditional sauces. Alcohol is 11.5% and residual sugar is 8.3 g/Liter.

Ideal temperature is 7-8 Celsius degrees.
